Driving Participation for the 'Make 4 Prosperity' Initiative with a Comprehensive Digital Strategy.
I collaborated with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Initiative on their "Make 4 Prosperity" project, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and participation.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
>End-to-End Digital Funnel Strategy:
Developed a full-funnel marketing approach designed to increase awareness, foster consideration, and drive conversions. This included crafting tailored messaging and content strategies aimed at encouraging diverse audiences to submit and participate in the initiative.
>Awareness & Engagement:
Implemented a multi-channel digital awareness campaign to amplify the project’s reach across key platforms. This significantly increased visibility and public interest in the initiative, creating a strong foundation for the next phases.
>Targeted Consideration Campaigns:
Built out consideration-stage strategies focused on educating potential participants about the project’s impact, benefits, and submission process. This included leveraging social media, targeted ads, and content marketing to nurture interested users.
>Conversion Optimisation:
Created a conversion-focused campaign to simplify and streamline the submission process, resulting in a higher rate of participants completing their entries. These efforts included optimising landing pages, improving UX, and employing personalised retargeting tactics to drive submissions.
Through this comprehensive strategy, I successfully contributed to expanding the initiative’s participant base, ensuring meaningful engagement from a broad audience across the digital landscape.
